Mule lives in Opelousas, Louisiana and works at the local racetrack. She has loved horses and mules since she was very young and works in an “outsider art” style, usually incorporating mules, and sometimes other animals, into her work. This piece relates to the Delta in the incorporation of three of the most important agricultural crops in the area: cotton, soybeans and corn. She paints with brushes and rollers, using latex paint
